This is a three-unit course to help you find balance and peace as you start your new year. Encouraging reading and thoughtful journal prompts to help you reflect.

We will work through simple ways to establish routines in our lives and homes, practical organization tips (using what worked for me as an example), time with Jesus and heart-deep self-care, the need for an occasional reset, and understanding how knowing your “why” can keep your motivated better than almost anything.
