Why is there a different Episode Request form and process?
Hi everyone! Real Cool History for Kids has grown so much that we are receiving far more requests than we could possibly fill. Over the last year, we have had over 1,500 requests entered! With only 54 releases scheduled throughout the year, we know there are going to be a lot of disappointed families whose requests cannot be processed. We love our connection with our listeners and value each family and child who tunes in to listen. Because we want to give everyone a chance to have their requested episode chosen for a podcast, we are going to implement a slightly new process.
The New Process Explained:
- All requests entered before January 1, 2024 will be archived.
- If you are one of the many families who entered a request which was not made into a podcast episode, PLEASE re-enter it by filling out the updated Episode Request form below.
- All episode requests each month will be entered into a drawing for the episodes of a specific coming month. The month being filled will always be indicated on the form.
- If your episode is not chosen, you MAY enter it again to be re-entered into another drawing for another month’s episodes.
- Once your request has been chosen in a drawing, please do not enter another request for a year in order to allow other families a chance to win.
Instructions for the new process:
- Make sure your topic has not been created already by reading through the chronological episode list below.
- Fill out and submit the updated Episode Request form below.
- Listen to the show to see if your episode request was chosen!
